APW Wyott GGM-24I 24" Gas Griddle w/ Manual Controls - 1" Steel Plate, Natural Gas

The APW GGM-24I gas griddle has a 1-inch-thick plate. This plate is thicker than most because it retains heat better and resists warping at high temperatures. As users are cooking on the plate, the backsplash and side splashes contain splatter. Along the front, the 4-inch by 1-inch grease trough collects liquid so it can move into the collector drawer below.

Powered by natural gas, the APW GGM-24I commercial griddle has two 25,000 BTU burners spaced evenly under the griddle plate. The burners operate independently with separate manual high and low heat controls. The unit starts when the pilot is activated and operators can light it through holes in the front without removing the panel. To prevent the components from overheating, the griddle is elevated off the counter with adjustable, 4-inch-tall legs.
