The countertop design and bull-nose front also make it easily accessible and safer for anyone to cook with. This model is not just efficient, the design also makes it extremely easy to maintain and clean with a stainless steel construction and bottom-mounted grease collection pan. Openings in the front of the equipment allow the consumer to light and adjust the pilot light without ever removing the front panel. You will be cooking with this 18" countertop griddle for years with its 3/4" polished steel griddle surface that can stand up to high output cooking.
