APW Wyott GCRB-18I Description
Mounted on 4-inch legs, the APW GCRB-18I CharRock charbroiler can be used on a countertop without burning it or damaging the bottom of the unit. To withstand high temperatures, the radiants are made of stainless steel, and the standing pilot can be lit through a convenient opening without removing the front panel. The front is also made of heat-resistant stainless steel, and its bull-nose design reduces burn risks.
The APW GCRB-18I Workline series countertop charbroiler has a heavy-duty cast iron grate that can be removed for cleaning in 6-inch sections. To further facilitate cleaning, this unit has a 3-inch backsplash and side splashes to protect the wall from grease splatter, while a grease drawer catches grime that slides down through the grease chute. So it won't sustain damage with repeated use, the rock holder is made of cast iron.
