APW Wyott GCB-24I Description
The APW GCB-24I charbroiler measures 24 inches in width by 26 3⁄4 inches in depth by 15 3⁄4 inches in height. To streamline cleanup, this piece of equipment's radiants are self-cleaning, and operators can remove the thin-line cast iron grates in 6-inch sections. Giving meats a distinguishable smoky, grilled flavor, the charbroiler runs on natural gas.
With a cooking surface measuring 23 1⁄2 inches in width by 17 1⁄8 inches in depth, the APW GCB-24I commercial radiant charbroiler is optimal for low-volume commercial foodservice establishments such as bars or concession stands. To enhance durability and simplify cleaning, this piece of equipment is constructed of dent-resistant stainless steel.
