APW Wyott CW-1B Description
With its bottom-mounted heating elements and aluminum transfer plate, the APW CW-1B insulated server can cook foods from a frozen state and hold prepared products. Operators can set the thermostat from 100 to 212 degrees Fahrenheit, and knob guards reduce the risk of inadvertent adjustments. For quick heating, this unit can raise water temperatures to 212 degrees Fahrenheit in 10 minutes.
The APW CW-1B insulated countertop cooker measures 12 1⁄2 inches wide by 13 1⁄2 inches deep by 11 1⁄8 inches high for front-of-house buffet lines and serving stations or back-of-house settings. Its stainless steel construction withstands heavy use, resists rust and corrosion, and can be wiped clean between uses. Its insulated design preserves heat in cool environments and protects interior components and countertops from heat transfer. This unit accommodates a circular 11-quart inset, which must be purchased separately.
