APW Wyott BM-30 Description

This stainless steel hot food well is heated by a tubular calrod heating element that is mounted in a serpentine shape and secured by aluminized deflectors under the well. The equipment is also thermostatically controlled making it easy to keep temperature and recover heat quickly. Although wet operation provides the best results, this model can be used both wet or dry making it extraordinarily versatile for its operators.
