Designed for operations that require frequent pan staging, rotation, or cooling, the Advance Tabco PR20-2KS sheet pan rack suits bakeries, cafeterias, and institutional kitchens that move large volumes of product through prep or holding zones. Its side-load configuration improves access in tight spaces, and twenty pan levels with 3-inch spacing accommodate full-size trays while supporting uniform airflow across contents.
The Advance Tabco PR20-2KS pan rack features a 6063-T52 extruded aluminum construction, a fully welded ladder assembly, and six cylindrical supports for added structural reinforcement. Ribbed 1 1⁄2-inch angle slides secure pans during transport, while plastic endcaps help protect the rack's edges from damage. Mounted on 5-inch stem bolted swivel casters, the bolted frame offers mobility across kitchen floors. This full-height rack holds up to 500 pounds and measures 28 1⁄4 inches wide by 26 inches deep by 69 1⁄4 inches high.
