The Advance Tabco FFTG-1272 floor trough is built to manage wastewater collection and drainage in commercial foodservice and industrial settings. Manufactured of 14-gauge type 304 stainless steel, the floor trough measures 72 inches long by 12 inches wide by 4 inches deep. Its rectangular, single-section frame includes a creased base that slopes toward the 4-inch O.D. by 3-inch-long plumbing sleeve, encouraging directed flow to the drain. Welded using TIG techniques and finished with polished corners, the structure is reinforced for frequent exposure to liquid and solid waste. A 3⁄4-inch vertical step accommodates flush floor tile placement, while the perimeter flange simplifies secure subfloor mounting.
The Advance Tabco FFTG-1272 floor trough is fitted with a fiberglass subway-style grating that’s constructed from 5⁄8-inch by 1-inch medium-grit polyester resin bars. The bars are spaced 7⁄8 inch apart to permit drainage while resisting slippage and corrosion. Below the grating, a perforated stainless steel strainer basket with a removable handle collects solid debris to prevent clogs. These components are removable, granting operators access for cleaning and inspection. This unit includes a single drain opening, as its length does not exceed the threshold for dual-drain models.
