Its 1 5⁄8-inch sanitary rolled rim defines the worktop with a reinforced edge that minimizes contact stress. The open base provides unblocked access below the surface for straightforward maintenance and storage. Reducing rattling and surface vibration during cutting, scooping, or loading, the table includes a sound-deadened top.
