That internal bracing helps maintain a level surface across the full length, even when gear or ingredients get heavy. The unit's satin-polished, sound-deadened finish softens impact noise and wipes down quickly.
Along the base, the Advance Tabco CK-SS-246 enclosed work table's flush rear panel supports installation close to the wall and out of the way in tight back-of-house areas. The cabinet's TIG-welded frame prevents gaps where crumbs can collect, supporting cleaner routines day after day. Its doors glide smoothly to make tools and backup stock easier to access.
