This compact Frymaster / Dean floor model fryer offers the exclusive Thermo-Tube design, which saves both energy and money for your business. The Thermo-Tube design allows the heating tubes to provide contact with a large oil surface, creating a more equal and controlled heat transfer. This dynamic fryer also offers a wide cold zone to trap any debris beneath the cooking area, reducing the risk of carbonization and oil deterioration. A mechanical thermostat is utilized to reduce start up and recovery time, and requires no electrical hookup. The exterior of the unit features a stainless steel front, door, backsplash, flue cover, and frypot. This construction allows for easy clean up and reduced maintenance time, as stainless steel is both scratch and dent resistant.

Frymaster / Dean backs this commercial fryer with a one year warranty on parts and labor and a five year limited warranty on the frypot.
