This Dean SR42 floor model commercial fryer was designed for all-purpose frying which means you can fry a variety of products. This fryer combines efficiency with capacity in this all-purpose, affordable fryer. The large 35-43 lb. pot capacity allows you to fry large volumes of product at one time, saving energy for your business.

This commercial fryer utilizes an exclusive Thermo-Tube design that provides a large area of direct oil contact. Energy is transferred directly into the oil, which reduces the amount of unused oil that goes into the vent. This unique design allows for quick heat-up times, low idle costs, and low gas consumption. This unit features a cool zone which helps to trap debris under the cooking area, eliminating the risk of carbonization of particles and other oil contaminates. This process helps to maintain cleaner, longer lasting oil.

Frymaster offers a one year limited warranty on both parts and labor.
