E4 Electric Fryers

The E4 has a minimum 20 lbs and maximum 25 lbs shortening capacity for each side. The frying area is 6-3/4" x 15-1/2" each side. This 8.3 kW per side model is specifically designed for high volume frying.
The large cold zone catches crumbs and sediment from the frying area. These particles are trapped in the cold zone where they do not carbonize, contaminate shortening or cling to fried products. Every inch of the fry-pot and cold zone can be cleaned and wiped down by hand.
The E4 uses an electronic temperature control circuit.
