This commercial deep fryer has an abundant capacity of 80 lbs. and is specially designed for large menu items such as chicken, fish, and other heavy breaded food items. With a large frying area of 18" x 19" multiple items can be cooked at once so that you save time and increase production. To add to the space, the stainless steel fry-pot gas a large area which also helps to increase load size. A centerline thermostat mounting senses any cold food place in either of the 2 basket, ensuring that your food is hot and fresh every time. An open pot design and sediment tray allow for quick and easy clean up while the master jet burner doesn't require any cleaning at all.
