Frymaster / Dean MJ45-SD NG Description

The MJ4 has a minimum 40lb and 50lbs shortening capacity. The frying area is 14 x 15 inch at shortening level. This 12,000 BTU/hour model is designed for high volume frying. Open pot design, no tubes, easy to clean. 7 to 10 second response to loads, 1 anticipating action, reduced temperature overshoot. Deep cold zone,1-1/4 in. ips ball-type drain valve, Multiple orfice burner, no burner tube radiants to burn out, no cleaning or adjusting of air shutters. This is a close out special - no damage.
