The Frymaster PMJ145 NG fryer has an open frypot that's heated by the Master Jet burner system. The easy-to-clean frypot has a large cold zone that captures sediment and prevents it from burning, extending the useful life of your fryer oil while preserving the taste of your fried foods. The frypot, door, and fryer cabinet are all built with stainless steel for durability.

This fryer has a 50-pound oil capacity and includes two fry baskets. A centerline-mounted temperature probe provides quick and accurate readings of the fryer's temperatures so it can maintain oil temperature at the set point. The Frymaster PMJ145 NG fryer is equipped with digital millivolt controls that require no electrical connection.
