The Dean / Frymaster MF90U80 fryer filter is a portable oil filter that extends the life of your oil without staining your budget. This high-quality filter has a filtration capacity of 80 lbs and utilizes a gravity drain and filtration methods to reduce the amount of oil used, therefore reducing the cost of oil for your business. Filtering oil also profoundly improves the flavor and consistency of both food and oil.

The MF90U80 cleans and polishes oil with a Micro-Flo recycling process that uses filter paper and a special acid-absorbing powder to remove foreign particles from the oil, resulting in contaminate free oil that is ready to be used. This fresh oil creates will allow fryers to produce great tasting foods. The oil recycling process is powered by a 5 GPM pump that automatically returns the cleaned oil to the fryer. Debris stays trapped in a filter pan to allow for quick and easy cleaning. This particular fryer is compact enough to fit beneath the drain of most fryers thanks to the low pan height.
