This Frymaster J1CSD countertop gas fryer features all the cooking capabilities of a full size fryer, but with more convenience. With its 15 to 20 lb capacity, it requires only 14### of counterspace and can provide all your patrons with their favorite fried foods, weather its fish and chicken or French fries and onion rings. The J1CSD is ideal for low volume foodservice operations and small setups that are faced with space limitations.
The stainless steel frypot and door, along with the enamel cabinet, mean that your fryer is easy to clean and will also have reduced risk of pitting and corrosion. The deep cold zone and forward slopping bottom help to collect and remove food sediment from the frypots to safeguard the oil quality and support routine frypot cleaning.
