Frymaster / Dean GF40SDNG Description

The Frymaster medium duty fryer features a stainless steel construction with 6" adjustable legs. The medium duty fryer has a twin basket or 1 full basket feature to meet all your commercial kitchen needs. The easy clean open-pot design will make cleaning a snap. The IPS ball-type drain has a steel barring with valve lever to secure the open/closing of drain making draining the medium duty fryer much faster and easier. The 40-50 lbs cooking oil capacity makes the medium duty fryer as versatile as you need it to be. With over 46" of height, the medium duty fryer will make cooking more ergonomically correct. The master jet-burner heat-transfer system creates a large heat-transfer area for reliable even heat distribution. The deep cold zone and forward sloping bottom help correct and remove sediment from the frypot to safeguard oil quality and support routine cleaning.
