With a medium-sized capacity of 40 lbs. and a 12" x 15" frying area, this 2 basket medium duty fryer has a ball-type drain valve for easy use. Constructed with stainless steel on the front and both sides, this top-line commercial fryer is easy to wipe down. Utilizing a Millivolt temperature control circuit for exceptional performance, the medium duty fryer lets you offer the tastiest of menu items to your customers. The large cold zone is designed to catch crumbs and leftover sediment to add an extra level of sanitation and cleanliness. Accompanied by the high-performance of a master jet burner and adjusting air shutters, this fryer has 4 ease-of-mobility swivel wheels. The medium duty deep fryer will make everyday a fryday.
