The Frymaster 823-3938 crumb scoop is designed to streamline the cleaning process for a commercial deep fryer. It has a bowl-like end that lifts crumbs and sediment out of the fryer's cold zone. Keeping oil clean extends the life of a fryer and the oil being used. Engineered to clean split-pot models, this scoop works well in H55 and MJ45 series fryers.
