food pan not included		Model 003-90200 Description Server In-Counter water bath warmer is designed for installation into a metal or wood countertop up to 1-3/4" thick. Well is constructed of one-piece deep-drawn 316L stainless steel. A 1/2" NPT drain nipple is threaded to bottom. Removable screen is provided. Accepts standard size food pans up to 12" x 20" and 6" deep. Precalibrated positive off thermostat controls a 1650 W, 120 V heating element. The capillary is 72" in length. Set thermostat with temperature settings. Includes "Power On" light and water fill line. Control box is constructed of stainless steel with an ABS plastic bezel.
Accessories: (available at additional cost)		Standard Features Constructed of one-piece, deep-drawn 316L stainless steel for increased resistance of corrosion. Maximum pump stroke yields 1-ounce with portion control in 1/4-ounce increments. Pump design prevents loss of valve balls. Spout warmer permits safe dispensing of potentially hazardous foods such as cheese and gravies. Adjustable precalibrated thermostat for accurate heat control. Installs into metal or wood countertop up to 1-3/4" thick. Accepts pan variations up to full size steam table pan for large volume warming and flexibilty. Thermostatic control with 72" capillary. A 1/2" NPT drain nipple is threaded to well bottom. Well self-centers at install to protect counter from heat damage.
