Server 87280 Description
The Server 87280 mini bar base can be used for ambient or cold applications, keeping product chilled with its insulated base. When holding cold products, universal ice packs should be used to maintain safe temperatures. Measuring 14 1⁄32 inches wide by 8 1⁄4 inches deep, the base holds three 60-ounce ninth-size jars or four 40-ounce twelfth-size jars.
