Model 86828 - SBH-1 Squeeze Bottle Holder, Single
Description
Make sandwich dressing convenient and efficient with a Server Squeeze Bottle Holder. Designed for use in a cold table, the holder takes up the same space as a 1/6-size steam table pan. The lid has a cutout to accept a squeeze bottle and keeps the cold in better than an open top. At the bottom, the bottle is suspended in a basket that allows cold air ready access to the bottle for better cooling. Includes one 16-oz (.47 L) squeeze bottle.
SAVINGS -- Squeeze Bottle Holders Keep Cold Table Refrigeration In. Server says, 'We ran a test to determine the effect these holders had on temperature. We compared internal temperatures of squeeze bottles in the holders to internal temperatures of squeeze bottles placed in a 1/6-size pan. The bottles in the holders stayed six to seven degrees colder than those in the pans. This is important because the ones in the pans crept well over 41 degrees F (5 C). The ones in our holders stayed below this critical mark.'
