This Server Products kettle warmer cooker includes a 11 qt stainless steel and five soup flavor cards for effective merchandising. The precalibrated positive off/on thermostat controls a 1500 watt heating element and the temperature settings are marked on a thermostat knob. The thermostat has a range of 60 to 200 degrees for preparing delicate and hardier soups with ease. This beautifully constructed kettle server will heat frozen product to serving temperature for convenience and quick service!
This Server Products kettle warmer cooker is constructed of spun aluminum with a durable epoxy coating. The water vessel and hinged lid are stainless steel for the best in durability and easy cleaning as well as making this kettle warmer cooker attractive on any countertop. The lid of this kettle warmer cooker stays upright during the ladling and features a rim that collects moisture and returns it to the food.
