Server 82870 Description
The Server 82870 pump serving station has three stainless steel pumps that dispense thin syrups and topppings and serve up to 1 1⁄4 ounces per pump. This amount can be adjusted in 1⁄8-ounce increments with the gauging collars. Condiments are stored in three plastic 3 1⁄2-quart jars.
The stainless steel material is easy to sanitize and maintains a clean look with its polished finish. The Server 82870 pump-style condiment dispenser uses captured valve balls in the cast valve body to prevent product loss.
