Give your customers fresh hot fudge with the commercial hot topping server. Manufactured by Server Products, this fudge server with pump is made of stainless steel construction with a polished finish. The power is controlled with an on/off rocker switch and also included is an adjustable, pre-calibrated thermostat control with a 500 watt heating element. This commercial fudge pump is designed to prevent loss of valve balls with a maximum stroke of 1-oz.
