This Server Products twin hot fudge server is design to ladle two hot toppings like hot fudge, nacho cheese and much more! The all stainless steel construction features a brushed finish that not only resists corrosion and cleans easily but looks beautiful on any countertop. Each ladle dispenses from two stainless steel jars or # 10 cans. If you are not able to dispense from a # 10 can you substitute it with an NSF approved stainless steel jar! The two adjustable pre-calibrated thermostats control the 500 watt heating elements giving you even and consistent heating with every use. The temperature settings are marked on the thermostat knobs and range from 100 to 200 degrees. The power is easily controlled with two on and off rocker switches. The ladles feature a rugged cast valve body and welded construction for the best in non-clogging topping dispensing. Each full ladle yields about one ounce of topping which provides your kitchen with valuable portion control. Additional and convenient features include a water fill line that eliminates overflow accidents and two cleaning brushes for ladle maintenance.
