Description

Redesigned with contemporary styling, Supreme Hot Sauce Server features rounded corners and are constructed of brushed (#4) stainless steel bodies with black thermoset plastic bottom and top. Dispenses directly from a #10 can or 3 quart Stainless Steel Jar #94009. Pump features a cast valve body and welded construction. a modified discharge tube is designed to handle larger chunks of food such as those found in chili dog sauce. Maximum stroke yields 1-ounce. Gauging collars are supplied to reduce the yield in 1/4-ounce increments.

An adjustable, pre-calibrated thermostat controls the heating element. Unit features a "Power On" light and water fill line.
