Description

Constructed of stainless steel with a brushed (#4) finish base. The front section is furnished with a Server Solution polycarbonate pump. Back section includes a Serve-A-Cup soufflé cup dispenser constructed of a polypropylene cup tube. Front and back lids are stainless steel.

The Server Solution pump dispenses from a #10 can, Stainless Steel Jar #94009, 1-gallon jar or #10 pouch with support (containers not included). Polycarbonate pump parts are dishwasher safe and replaceable. Maximum stroke yields 1-ounce with gauging collars supplied to reduce yield in 1/4-ounce increments.

The Serve-A-Cup includes cup guides and strippers to dispense 3/4 and 1-ounce paper or plastic souffle cups one-at-a-time. Capacity is approximately 100 paper cups. This model can be adapted to hold six souffle cup sizes: 3/4, 1, 1-1/4, 1-1/2, 2 and 2-1/2-ounces.
