Metro C589-SFS-L Description
The Metro C589-SFS-L insulated mobile heated cabinet is made of strong stainless steel, which won't rust, corrode, dent, or warp. To reduce heat loss and save money on energy, the full perimeter of the unit's interior contains high-density fiberglass insulation. The temperature is adjustable from 70 to 200 degrees Fahrenheit, and the control panel is top mounted to prevent accidental changes. If the temperature drops unexpectedly, an alarm will sound to alert nearby employees.
Great for use in hotels, catering halls, and banquet venues, the Metro C589-SFS-L full-height heated cabinet is mobilized with 5-inch casters, making it simple for users to transport food to customers. It's fitted with lip-load slides that can accommodate as many as (35) 18-inch by 26-inch pans of food. This unit measures 29 1⁄8 inches wide by 32 5⁄8 inches deep by 74 3⁄4 inches high overall.
