Metro C569-SDC-LPDS Description
This full-height Metro C569-SDC-LPDS C5™ 6 series mobile heated cabinet with pass-thru configuration measures 29 1⁄8 inches wide by 34 5⁄8 inches deep by 74 3⁄4 inches high. For durability, it's constructed of stainless steel; this metal is easy to clean and resists rust or corrosion. It uses a ducted heating system to recover temperatures quickly and an integral water pan to add passive humidity to the cabinet. This unit is built with high-density fiberglass insulation to preserve heat.
Ideal for use in dining halls, event venues, and cafeterias, the Metro C569-SDC-LPDS heated holding cabinet is mounted on 5-inch casters for mobility. Operators can adjust its temperature between 70 and 200 degrees Fahrenheit using top-mounted controls; these levels can be monitored on a reliable analog thermometer. This unit has a capacity of (34) 18-inch by 26-inch pans, and both sides are equipped with a set of Dutch doors, through which users can access the cabinet.
