Metro C569-NFS-LPFS Description

The Metro full height pass thru heated holding cabinet provides the best in temperature control for safe and hot food. The temperature is displayed on an always on analog thermometer for continuous monitoring of the cabinet temperature even when turned off or unplugged. The rapid heat up and recovery times of this pass thru heated holding cabinet are achieved with a thermostatically controlled ducted heating system. The doors of this full height pass thru heated holding cabinet are solid and insulated for the best in temperature preservation. Because of the pass-thru design, this full height heated holding cabinet is perfect for high volume kitchens that need quick and easy loading and unloading. The lip load slides hold 18"x26" sheet pans on 1-1/2" increments. The controls are ergonomic and user-friendly with better readability and are top mounted to prevent damage and simplify cleaning. The high quality aluminum construction provides corrosion resistance and an easy to clean surface. Four built-in polymer handles are constructed to last for years to come and the door hinges are self-closing, lift off, and double hinged with long-life nylon bearings. Four 5" donut casters come standard with this heated holding cabinet that are nickel plates and feature two breaks. Thermostatically controlled 1950 watt heating element features a ball bearing blower motor and ducted air system.
