Metro C569L-SDS-LPDS Description
Durable and rust resistant, the Metro C569L-SDS-LPDS C5™ 6 series holding cabinet's exterior and interior are made of stainless steel. A pass-thru model, it's equipped with two sets of solid Dutch doors and has a capacity of (34) 18-inch by 26-inch pans. It has a temperature range of 70 to 200 degrees Fahrenheit, and operators can adjust these levels using a top-mounted control system. For users to view the current temperature at a glance, the cabinet is equipped with a reliable analog thermometer.
To improve performance and shorten recovery times, the Metro C569L-SDS-LPDS mobile heated cabinet operates with a ducted heating system. It's insulated with high-density fiberglass to preserve warm air and prevents food from drying out with an integrated water pan system. Overall, this full-height unit measures 29 1⁄8 inches wide by 34 5⁄8 inches deep by 74 3⁄4 inches high.
