Metro C567-SFS-U Description
With its 3⁄4 height, the Metro C567-SFS-U C5™ 6 series heated holding cabinet accommodates (13) 18-inch by 26-inch pans on its universal wire slides. Its stainless steel construction has a durable exterior, resists corrosion, and measures 29 1⁄8 inches wide by 32 5⁄8 inches deep by 62 3⁄4 inches high. To minimize crouching, it has a reach-in design, and its solid, insulated door swings out to provide full access to product for quick loading and retrieval. Furnished with 5-inch swivel and brake casters, this unit can round corners, reverse, and be stabilized in place.
To ensure temperatures are correct throughout operation, the Metro C567-SFS-U holding cabinet has top-mounted temperature controls and an analog thermometer that always tracks temperatures, even when the unit is off. The thermostat, which can be adjusted from 70 to 200 degrees Fahrenheit, controls the fast-acting, ducted heating system. To reduce energy use, the unit's perimeter features 2 1⁄2-inch-thick high-density fiberglass insulation. Operators can preserve food texture with the integral water pan system that creates passive humidity.
