Metro C567-SFS-L Description
This Metro C567-SFS-L C5™ 6 series heated holding cabinet retains temperatures with its 2 1⁄2-inch-thick fiberglass insulation and solid door. It uses a ducted heating system that generates temperatures from 70 to 200 degrees Fahrenheit; to prevent foods from drying out, operators can use its integral water pan system to create passive humidity. The top-mounted temperature controls and analog thermometer reduce the risk of accidental adjustment, and the thermometer always provides a readout—even when the unit isn't on—to ensure temperatures stay within a safe range.
Lip-load slides built into the Metro C567-SFS-L holding cabinet's interior hold as many as (27) 18-inch by 26-inch pans. The slides are secured on 1 1⁄2-inch vertical stainless steel uprights to prevent slippage when pans are loaded or retrieved. To quicken the loading process, the door swings open for unobstructed access to the interior cabinet. Designed to be moved, this 29 1⁄8-inch-wide by 32 5⁄8-inch-deep by 62 3⁄4-inch-high unit is equipped with 5-inch casters that brake and swivel.
