Metro C565-SFC-LPFS Description
The Metro C565-SFC-LPFS half-height mobile heated cabinet has one glass door for product monitoring. Another door is built into the opposite side of the cabinet to enable pass-thru operation, streamlining product access. To provide mobility, this unit includes 5-inch casters, two of which have brakes for stability during loading and unloading. It's made of durable stainless steel to withstand high-volume use in a commercial environment.
Utilizing a dial on the top-mounted control panel, the Metro C565-SFC-LPFS insulated heated cabinet's temperature can be adjusted from 70 to 200 degrees Fahrenheit. High-density fiberglass helps ensure heat doesn't escape, and an analog thermometer can be monitored for accuracy. When the cabinet is loaded and unloaded frequently, the unit's ducted heat system helps recover lost heat quickly. It also features an integral water pan to provide humidity.
