Metro C539-HFS-4 Description
Operating at a set temperature from 80 to 200 degrees Fahrenheit, the Metro C539-HFS-4 C5™ 3 Series Insulation Armour™ full-height heated cabinet keeps cooked food at safe holding temperatures. The control knobs are recessed for protection from damage when transporting the unit, and operators can track the temperature on the digital thermometer. Since the control module can be removed without tools, users can effortlessly clean the cabinet and update the software.
For hot-air retention, the unit has a solid fiberglass door and an Insulation Armour design that also prevents heat from transferring to the exterior. The Metro C539-HFS-4 insulated heated cabinet has four 5-inch casters for movement, while molded-in side handles provide a sturdy grip when steering the unit during transport.
