Metro C537-CFS-L Description
The Metro C537-CFS-L C5™ 3 insulated mobile heated cabinet is designed with three removable control modules: holding, moisture, and combination. Each of these controls can be removed for facilitated upgrading and cleaning. Overall, the cabinet measures 27 5⁄8 inches in width by 31 1⁄2 inches in depth by 59 inches in height. For durability, it's protected with red Insulation Armour™, and its solid aluminum door optimizes the retention of heat.
Designed with a 27-pan capacity, the Metro C537-CFS-L heated holding and proofing cabinet is a 3⁄4-height unit. Its temperature ranges from 80 to 200 degrees Fahrenheit, and it's suitable for high-heat applications. For mobility, the cabinet is built with 5-inch casters, and two of these casters are equipped with brakes.
