This C519CFC4 proofing/holding cabinet has a clear, polycarbonate door which allows you to view the contents of the cabinet without actually opening the door, which saves energy and minimizes heat loss. This commercial holding/proofing series features three slide styles, universal, lip load, and fixed wire, with this particular model having fixed wire slides to accommodate 18" x 26" sheets, 12" x 20" steam tables, 2/1 GN, or ¼ GN pans placed on 3" increments.
